That craziest part? I was never even an owner or employee of that business. That fact that the government can just take funds out of my bank account because they WRONGLY assumed that a company other family members of mine owned/operated was still operational after the fires is crazy. Luckily, I had good documentation that our hotel burned down and is no longer operational and that the levy was against my personal bank account.
