The Tignon laws of the 18th century were laws that banned black women from exposing their natural hair in public. Their hairdos was obscuring the status of the white women and this threatened the social stability. The law would control colored women “who dressed too elegantly..”

It’s becoming more apparent that there’s a Bunch of Harvard Law School Graduates currently engaged in Disrupting or trying to overthrow our Democracy. I suggest that they Revamp their Law Ethics Classes & place more emphasis on Teaching Constitutional Law. Optimize for integrity whenever possible because integrity compounds and assholes will fuck you.
@lindyli We Pennsylvanians know Trump’s new lawyer, Bruce Castor, very well He infamously refused to prosecute Bill Cosby, defended him in a sex abuse claim, and then sued one of Cosby’s victims and lost Trump isn’t bringing the A-Team. Folks, this is the Q-Team.
Trump now says David Schoen and Bruce L. Castor, Jr., will lead his Senate defense. Schoen led the unsuccessful judicial challenge to Roger Stone’s convictions; Castor was the DA who promised Bill Cosby he wouldn’t be prosecuted for indecent assault. GREAT !!!!
