Albanian authorities froze $148 million in coastal land assets connected to Jared Kushner’s planned luxury resort.
Albania’s Special Prosecutor’s Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime demanded 20 arrests on June 13, 2026, following a major international cocaine trafficking and money laundering investigation.
The accompanying court order seized over $148 million in real estate assets from a local firm called Albania Land Development.
