The Bottom line is that everyone is allowed to know what Jury Nullification means but nobody is allowed to talk about it.
Summary: Everyone is allowed to know about jury nullification which gives the jury power over a terrible law or circumstance and the jury can decide not to charge defendant harshly or at all.
So if the jury is talking about it among themselves the judge and the lawyers don’t know.
