Democrats have six months to curb the power of this Court and they are not even trying. Supreme court is about to give total license to state legislatures to impose minority rule and unilaterally assign electoral votes ahead of 2024, all based on a nonsense doctrine with no basis in history or law.
The Supreme Court takes up a case about the independent state legislature doctrine for next term, which could give state legislatures far greater power over all manner of election laws.
