Dear CCBA Members,We received the following message from the Chester County District Court Administrator:
To facilitate more frequent clothes washing to eliminate virus residue and in response to concerns regarding the difficulty in washing traditional business attire (suit coats, ties, blazers, dresses, dry clean only clothing) court employees, attorneys and court-related personnel who are expected to attend proceedings in any Chester County Courtroom (including MDJ offices) may appear in business casual dress. This shall remain in effect until the judicial emergency order has been lifted or further instructions provided by the President Judge. Although there is no specific guidance published regarding Coronavirus and clothing, the dress code guidelines are being relaxed out of an abundance of caution.
