A federal judge blocked major parts of Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s vaccine overhaul, ruling that his actions to revise the childhood vaccine schedule and replace the CDC’s vaccine advisory panel were unlawful and “arbitrary and capricious”.

Burgum has 2 weeks to remove Trump’s name from the Kennedy Center!
There cannot be an appeal per the judge on this case. The decision that Trump’s name must be removed is final. The judge left no room for Trump to appeal the decision. THE ORDER IS A PERM INJUNCTION it is not subject to appeal read it. Further Congress LEGISLATED Kennedy Center only Congress can change it so there is zero discussion.

Two Years Ago .. Trump was convicted of 34 felonies, now…
the “ballroom” will have a bunker underneath where he sill hid so he doesn’t ever leave the whitehouse and a “DronePort” on top. It’s not just a childish extravagance. It will be a kind of military encampment.
All the more reason, obviously, for Congress to stop it.

On This Day Trump’s Father arrested at this Klan rally in Queens, NY on this day in 1927

A reminder that DOJ has sued 30 states for access to their sensitive voter files. DOJ is currently 0-8 in decided cases.

The future of democracy is on the docket. He should already be in jail for destroying a National Historic Landmark, The East Wing.

The UFC event is for celebrating #Trump ‘s 80th birthday not America’s 250th.
The White House, the people’s house been desecrated and turned into Mar-A-Pedo 2.0.

THEY’RE PUTTING ON A “REDNECK CARNIVAL” for their David Duke  base…..
YEE-HAW! THEY’RE GONNA LOVE IT!

WOMEN’S RIGHTS

All men can cross state lines without getting stopped.
Pregnant women can and have been stopped and arrested.

Republicans in North Carolina just proposed a bill that says if a woman is caught with an IUD or attempts to get an abortion then men are allowed to use DEADLY FORCE to try and stop her. They are proposing a bill that will allow men to kill women for using birth control. It’s House Bill 1232. Keith Kidwell is the Republican who proposed the bill. He claims it counts as self defense to use deadly force to stop abortion. This is a man who claims to be pro life. Feel free to give his office a call and let him know how you feel about his opinion.
And for anyone who says “obviously this will never get passed” that’s not the point. The point is it’s fucking insanity that a government official would even try to make a law like this. It’s insanity that there are men out there who are trying to make it legal to kill women for making decisions for their own bodies. This is real and it’s happening right now in front of our eyes.

1974 to present

✅ in 1974, a large coalition of women’s and civil rights groups pressured the government to pass the Equal Credit Opportunity Act at a time when discrimination against women applying for her own credit was common. Republicans opposed this Act.

✅ in 1977, Women’s organizations, feminist and civil rights activists started a campaign to END discrimination against pregnant women in the workplace: The Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 was passed. Republicans opposed this Act.

✅ in 1980, Republicans voted AGAINST allowing women to report sexual harassment in the work place under the Civil Rights Act. “Men will be men,” was their argument.

✅ in 1990, in recognition of the severity of the crimes associated with domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking, the Violence Against Women Act was passed in 1994. Although this bill passed BOTH Congressional chambers, Republicans attempted to cut the funding for this Act.

✅ in an effort to close the pay gap between women and men, Women’s organizations and activists fought for Equal Pay. Republicans opposed equal pay for women:
– in 1963, against the Equal Pay Act
– in 2009, they opposed the Fair Pay Act
– in 2012, against the Paycheck Fairness Act
– in 2014 again, against the Paycheck Fairness Act
– in 2015, also against the Paycheck Fairness Act
– in 2019, once again, they voted against the Paycheck Fairness Act
– in 2021, we once again, we find Republicans voting against the Paycheck Fairness Act

✅ in 2012, Republicans opposed the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994

✅ in 2021, once again, Republicans voted AGAINST the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act.

✅ in 2022, they conspired with evangelicals and the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade

✅ also in 2022, Republicans voted AGAINST the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

✅ in 2023, the state of Idaho passed a law criminalizing women from crossing state lines for abortion care. They’re taking away your right to FREELY travel in this country.

✅ also in 2023, Texas basically set bounties on a woman’s head. The counties of Lubbock, Goliad, Mitchell, and Cochran passed anti-abortion travel ordinances that would bar pregnant women from traveling to access an out-of-state abortion.
This ordinance can only be enforced by private citizens who file lawsuits against people assisting pregnant women seeking an abortion.

✅ February 2024, Republicans in Oklahoma want to brand you like cattle by using a “unique patient identifier” for getting, or attempting to get, an abortion.

✅ Also February 2024, a Republican-sponsored bill passed the
@HouseGOP making it harder to qualify for food stamps. Which could lead to your child’s poverty and malnutrition.

✅ March 2024, Alabama criminalized the destruction of IVF embryos stating that stored embryos can be afforded the same legal protections as children under the Wrongful Death of Minor Act of 1872.

✅ May 2024, Louisiana is in the process of trying to criminalize women for even possessing abortion pills

✅ since 2021, Republican states have repeatedly tried to make abortions punishable by death

✅ As of June 2024….
41 State’s have abortion bans in effect with only limited exceptions.
– 14 states have a total abortion ban
– 27 states have abortion bans based on weeks of pregnancy
– 7 states ban abortion at or before 18 weeks
– 20 states ban abortion at some point after 18 weeks
– 9 State’s along with DC do NOT restrict abortion based on week’s of pregnancy

✅ as a reminder, back in 2016 the hastag RepealThe19th was trending by both the MAGA cult and the @GOP

They want to revoke a woman’s right to vote.

The @GOP. @HouseGOP, @SenateGOP HATE WOMEN.

And if this country is EVER going to become the “land of the free,” we need women to stand up in opposition of these Republican Party misogynistic assholes.
