Having read investigative findings, I am completely struck by the fact it does not appear Justices (or their families) were interviewed, much less investigated.
Since bare min “preponderance of evidence” was standard that could not be met w/staff, who else does that leave as leaker?
Occam’s Razor: eliminate all unlikely answers to identify the likely one.
After extensive investigation being conducted w/no result based on low preponderance of evidence, who was not interviewed?
The Justices.
What does that tell you?
