MERCHAN: You have the right to be present during the trial and to assist your attorneys….do you understand?
TRUMP: “Yes.”
MERCHAN: If you disrupt the proceedings, you can be excluded from the courtroom and committed to jail based on your conduct and the trial will continue on in your absence…do you understand?
TRUMP: “I do.”
MERCHAN: If you do not show up there will be an arrest…do you understand?
TRUMP: “I do.”
It appears Trump was just fined thousand dollars per gag order violation, ordered to remove the posts, and jail if he continues to violate his gag order.
The District Attorney office has time stamped the order.
Haberman: Trump appeared to be asleep. His head would fall down… He didn’t pay attention to a note his lawyer passed him. His jaw kept falling on his chest and his mouth kept going slack.
A camera in the courtroom would have ended him here and now.

Trump might be in a courtroom instead of at his sons high school graduation on May 17th. Judge Merchan declined to rule yet on whether Trump could miss trial for the event.
