QAnon #Hashtags Megapost
Monday 17/08/2020 15:18:07 / Latest Version
This post is a list of #hashtags and keywords associated with the QAnon far-right conspiracy theory.
#QAnon
This main hashtag serves to increase visibility of posts and help “QAnons” (people who promote the QAnon theory) find each other.
- Here’s an article about TikTok banning searches for QAnon, WWG1WGA, and FallCabal.
- President Trump recently praised QAnon supporters when a reporter asked about the theory.
- Sitdown video with QAnon conspiracy theorists
- Small selection of trending variants:
- #Q
“Q” is the pseudonym of the 4chan user(s) who started the theory. It is also a reference to Q clearance. - #QDrop
A “Q-Drop” or “qdrop” is an information drop from “Q”. - #QANONWORLDWIDE
The all-caps suffix “WORLDWIDE” is commonly added to many QAnon hashtags. - #QAnons
Proponents of the theory commonly refer to each other as “QAnons” or simply “anons” - #anons
Note that “anons” has been used widely to generally refer to anonymous internet users prior to QAnon, and is still often associated with the hacktivist movement Anonymous. - #17Anon
- #QAnonTruth
- #QAnonCult
This tag is different than the others in this list, as it is explicitly anti-QAnon, yet also trends alongside many of the conspiracy terms listed in this post. For example:- “#SaveTheChildrenWorldWide but don’t fall for the idiotic #QAnonCult“
- #Q
#WWG1WWA
Stands for “Where We Go One, We Go All”. This is another rallying call which serves as a not-so-subtle dogwhistle for QAnons to find each other online.
