All of us older folks know all about living on the edge, we used to answer the phone without knowing who it was. !!! Bada Boom !!!
GOP Marks Women’s History Month with Bill Restricting Women’s Votes
if only Grace Hopper lived to see this!!!
Sen. Patty Murray: Every single Republican in the Senate helped enable this horrifying reality. You don’t get to act surprised the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade when you voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh. You are going to own the suffering and pain you’ve inflicted on the women in this country.
Remember Admiral Grace Hopper

Remember Admiral Grace Hopper she almost predicted everything. She basically predicted chatgpt 40 years early.
Grace Hopper really set the stage for a human-centered tech future. It’s amazing how far we’ve come, thanks to her insights!
IN 1982 GRACE HOPPER WALKED INTO THE NSA AND EXPLAINED THE NEXT 40 YEARS OF COMPUTING
48 minutes from the woman who invented the compiler — the first person who made a machine understand human words.
-> The idea that lands: stop bending humans to the machine. Bend the machine to humans.
She built the first compiler when the experts swore computers could only crunch numbers.
She wanted you to write in plain words and let the machine handle the translation.
Forty years later you barely write code at all — you tell the model what you want in plain English and it writes it for you.
The compiler was step one. The LLM is the same idea, finished.
Memorizing syntax was never the skill — saying clearly what you actually want is. This is where that idea was born.
Most people think talking to your computer in plain English started in 2023. The ones who watch this know a Navy admiral called it in 1982.
Watch it today ↓

It’s absurd that tech companies are allowed to pass off their electricity costs to residential consumers, and spike everyone’s utility bills.
Nobody screams “socialism” when large corporations socialize their costs and then privatize their profits.
“The American people overwhelmingly reject even a penny of cuts to Social Security benefits.
They overwhelmingly prefer more revenue, ideally paid by the wealthiest. They also strongly support benefit increases.” – Social Security Works President Nancy Altman
RUINED AGAIN
The idiots drove a presidential motorcade – including the 10-ton “Beast” that transports the president – across a newly laid liner for the Reflecting Pool.
Who’s brilliant idea was that? Now the liner is damaged and peeling off and they are blaming “vandals”. The U.S. presidential limousine, famously known as “The Beast,”weighs between 15,000 and 22,000 pounds (roughly 7.5 to 11 tons).
The immense weight comes from the vehicle functioning more like a heavily armored rolling bunker than a traditional luxury car.
Can the reflecting pool handle cars on it?
No, the reflecting pool is not designed to handle cars. Driving heavy vehicles across the empty pool bed-especially multi-ton armored cars or SUVs— concentrates massive weight onto small tire contact points. This stresses and cracks the underlying concrete and damages the protective sealants.

EX-TRUMP VOTER: “I’m not into politics, but I know what’s right and wrong. The way Trump is treating us poor people is bad, because Trump has never been poor… living in Trump’s 2nd term is like living in the Great Depression.”
Medicare Fraud Our taxes being stolen.
Aimee Bock, was sentenced to 42 years in prison for $250 Million medicaire fraud. Republicans are highlighting this case in Minnesota ahead of the mid-terms. Who they are NOT talking about are:
Lawrence Duran, was sentenced to 50 years in prison for $205 Million in medicare fraud – And Trump pardoned hm.
Philip Esformes, was sentenced to 20 years inprison for $1.3 BILLION in medicare fraud – And Trump pardoned him.
And then there is the real winner: Republican Senator Rick Scott, avoided prison entirely for $1.7 BILLION in medicare fraud – And never served a day in prison.

BREAKING: Trump’s Postmaster General just admitted that the USPS won’t send mail ballots this fall to anyone in states that do not give the administration their private voter list — this is part of a larger effort to enact mass voter purges and suppression.
Court holds that U.S. Postal Service can’t be sued over intentionally misdelivered mail

The Supreme Court just blocked thousands of lawsuits claiming Roundup causes cancer.
The court sided with chemical giant Monsanto, ruling that federal law preempts cancer victims from bringing these lawsuits in state courts, where most of the claims are filed.
FYI Clarence Thomas used to work for Monsanto, They put him on the Supreme Court for a reason.
Three-star Admiral Nancy Lacore just won a Democratic House primary in South Carolina. She was fired by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Her story is a reminder that public service doesn’t begin or end with a job title.
Senator Dick Durbin on Todd Blanche today:
“He’s led the cover-up of the Epstein files.” Blanche is the Deputy Attorney General overseeing the release of those same files. The man Durbin accuses of burying them controls what comes out.
Ted Lieu read in the Epstein Files that Trump raped and talked about killing children. Now he’s accurately saying that Trump is terminally ill.
An entire region of National Parks just unionized.
About 650 workers in eight states and over 10 parks have won their union.
The parks represented include:
– Glacier National Park
– Grand Canyon National Park
– Grand Teton National Park
– Rocky Mountain National Park
And more.

GARRETT LANGLEY THE CEO OF FLOCK JUST SAID THE QUIET PART OUT LOUD — AND PEOPLE ARE LOSING IT
Remember when Flock cameras were only supposed to read license plates?
Apparently that’s not enough anymore.
Now we’re talking about AI that can find a vehicle from a simple description.
Microphones that are always listening for so called “sounds of distress.”
Drones that can be launched automatically after a 911 call.
And camera networks that can follow movement across entire cities.
Every year the cameras get smarter.
The databases get bigger.
The AI gets more powerful.
And the amount of information being collected keeps growing.
Then came the comment that really got people’s attention.
The CEO behind Flock, one of the largest camera networks in America reportedly compared people who map camera locations to terrorists.
Think about that for a second.
The cameras aren’t the problem.
The people tracking the cameras are.
Some people see a tool that makes communities safer.
Others see a system that knows where you’ve been, where you are, and eventually where you’re likely to go next.
If mapping Flock cameras makes you a “terrorist,” what does that make the people putting cameras everywhere?
STUDY BITCOIN
In 1867, $7.2 million bought the entire state of Alaska.
Today, it buys a modest house in Palo Alto.
That’s all you need to know!
Buy some every week.
Go to your bank open an account and then buy some
ex: Fidelity you can buy it but you cant transfer it out – you have to turn it into cash.
FYI If you buy it on Fidelity it’s not *your* bitcoin.
ex: you can buy through Swan or Rider and it’s just as easy while owning the actual Bitcoin.
ESSAY Simon Dixon @SimonDixonTwitt
Crypto is not Bitcoin.
Most cryptocurrencies, including stablecoins, have foundations, companies, or centralized issuers behind them.
Tether, for example, can be frozen.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent publicly called on Tether to block Iranian access to USDT.
Iran still has its Bitcoin.
There was nobody to call to freeze it.
You say I made my money by betting everything on Bitcoin.
That’s not true.
I built wealth through business, private equity, investing, and saving in Bitcoin.
I didn’t put everything on one bet.
If I wanted I could sell all my Bitcoin tomorrow for another asset
I choose not to because there is no other asset that gives me the same combination of sovereignty.
With Bitcoin I can:
Own it without a bank or custodian.
Send it to anyone, anywhere, without requiring government permission.
Trust that its monetary policy cannot be changed by politicians or central bankers.
Rely on a globally decentralized network of tens of thousands of independently operated nodes enforcing those rules through mathematics and code.
How I made my money in the past is far less important than how I choose to preserve my wealth and sovereignty today.
My goal is simple: I want as many people as possible to achieve sovereignty while reducing their dependence on the financial-industrial complex.
There is far more to sovereignty than simply preserving wealth.
Once you get that foundation right, it opens the door to becoming more sovereign in many other aspects of your life.
Whether people choose that path or not makes no difference to my life.
I’ve reached a stage in my life where sharing what I’ve learned is more important to me than pushing products.
