Only this time, he claims, the “good guys” won. So for Pressler, the Confederate South was on the right side of the war!!!! This video harkens back to the SBC’s historic support for slavery. This event was, ironically, recorded in Heritage Hall at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. It’s shocking to hear the crowd erupt with laughter at Pressler’s analogy comparing his “Conservative” views with the Confederacy.
