Government officials can’t legally censor protected speech, but they can strong-arm private parties into doing it for them. That’s called jawboning, and it violates your First Amendment rights.
The JAWBONE Act, introduced by Sens. Ted Cruz and Ron Wyden, would let Americans sue federal officials who coerce censorship of speech on social media, AI platforms, and broadcast airwaves, and require the government to publicly disclose such pressure on platforms.

Japanese Scientist Succeeds in Removing the Extra Chromosome That Causes Down Syndrome
The technology developed by Dr. Ryotaro Hashizume’s team at Mie University is “allele-specific editing.”
The cause of Down syndrome is “having one extra chromosome 21.”
They succeeded in completely deleting that extra chromosome using CRISPR. Out of the three chromosomes, they precisely targeted and eliminated only the extra one. The healthy two remain untouched.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
If they could have done this to bitcoin they would have do it a long time ago.
No one in America was given more “due process” than this lifelong criminal. Who, BTW, because of McConnell, Garland, and the Supreme Court, got away with every crime against America. So Far. #Resist

Trump’s White Trash House UFC fight this weekend has required more than seven federal agencies, hundreds of staff working onsite daily and at least $60 million, according to a legal filing.
“Government resources” = your taxpayer dollars
Trump used the Armed Forces Full Honor Cordon — soldiers who escort fallen heroes and heads of state — to usher UFC fighters past Abraham Lincoln’s statue like they’re celebrities on a red carpet. I am LIVID. And everyone else should be too.
$14 million “beautification” and just 3 days later it looks worse than ever because there was a reason we didn’t paint the reflecting pool dark colors like “American flag blue.” Mainly that it would raise the water temp and cause rapid algae growth.
Actually hilarious the only game the knicks lost is the one trump was at!!!!

“The Epstein files are being blocked because they show Trump raped children.”
A sitting congressman said this on the record.
GOOGLE is broken and on the way out, it’s call retrieval collapse.
AI-generated content is flooding the internet so fast that search engines are now showing you mostly AI-written pages. And the search engine cannot tell the difference. Nearly every result came from the same type of content. AI-written. AI-optimized. AI-structured. The human-written pages, the ones with original reporting, personal experience, and genuine expertise, were buried.
“Safety standards” never apply to the surveillance state? Why?
It’s not just Flock cameras being installed dangerously. Motorola/Vigilant ALPR poles are also being mounted without the required breakaway bases turning “public safety” tech into roadside hazards.

The work crew is really groovin’ as Trump’s name is ripped off the Kennedy Center. 😂

JD Vance, Susie Wiles, and Todd Blanche used the Situation Room to coordinate Epstein cover-up strategy. That facility is reserved for national security emergencies. The man now deciding what files get released was Ghislaine Maxwell’s defense lawyer.

‘Maybe that’s how it works for rich guys. That’s how it did work for Jeffrey Epstein.’
The government signed a secret nonprosecution agreement with Epstein. His 40 known victims were never told.

In the Cayman Islands, there is a modest five-story building that is home to 18,857 companies.
Either this is one very crowded building, or it is a phony address, used by 18,000-plus corporations for one purpose: to avoid paying taxes to the United States of America.

I’ve served under seven presidents — from Reagan to President Biden — so I know that service is about more than self, it’s about patriotism. We need a true patriot representing Colorado’s 4th district. Help me defeat Lauren Boebert this fall. Chip in $25 today.
@RepMikeLevin
Not enough people are talking about this. Trump is trying to escape a $100 million dollar tax penalty, and Senate Republicans are helping him do it. You know about the $1.8 billion slush fund he tried to create to reward his political allies. They got so much pushback that they’ve halted that, at least for now. But what you probably don’t know is that Trump gave himself, his family, and his businesses complete immunity from IRS audits, past and future. Everyone focused on the slush fund, and almost nobody noticed the audit immunity. It’s still in place, and it cannot be allowed to stand.

Americans born after 1970 are already dying at higher rates from heart disease, cancer, and external causes than people born before them were dying at the same ages, a pattern researchers call alarming given how many years these cohorts still have ahead.

BREAKING: An Economics Professor Just Made A Pretty Stunning Argument About Elon Musk.
According to the professor, Musk spent roughly $250 million during the 2024 election cycle. He claims that’s just 0.025% of Musk’s wealth.
In other words, the amount spent was so small relative to Musk’s fortune that he could theoretically spend the same amount thousands of times over.
That’s a democracy question, not just a money question.

ESSAY @ShannonJoyRadio @DowdEdward
Former BlackRock fund manager Ed Dowd on what is and isn’t “sus” about the SpaceX IPO
“This… [is a] classic venture capital exit maneuver. The IPO is the liquidity event”
“What’s different… is they accelerated the timeline where the insiders can sell. That’s a little… ‘sus'”
“[Also,] what is untoward about it, in many classic investors’ viewpoints, is it’s being priced at an outrageous multiple—about 95 [to] 100 times revenues. That’s just absurd”
“So I suspect this is going to do what a lot of IPOs do. It’s going to deflate over the next six to 12 months and people will lose money who bought it here, as the insiders cash out”
“[There’s also] usually… a seasoning period for an IPO of at least up to a year [for the] NASDAQ[, but it] dispensed with that. The S&P was rumored to do the same thing, but the S&P decided, no, no, we’re not changing our rules for Elon”
“Also, the lockup period is accelerated way more than it typically is. So people are going to punch out of their shares”
“What this means is people who have been in this company, employees, VCs, private, private family offices, they’re going to get their liquidity”
“I was talking to a guy on the Street a couple of weeks ago, and his fund sold it last year, and they thought it was already overpriced at $400 billion and so they’re very mad at themselves because they got out before $1.5 trillion”
“what’s gone on here is absolutely absurd. It’s worth $400 billion last year, now it’s $1.7 trillion. What’s changed? Nothing other than hype. So this is classic bubble behavior”
“I have nothing to say about SpaceX the company per se… it could be a great stock at a much lower valuation, but it all depends. People have to separate the stock price from the company. Great companies and great stocks are two different things”
