A former POTUS cannot allegedly steal/store/sell classified, top secret info by himself. There are witnesses, co-conspirators, etc for each step in the process. There are also docs, tapes, messages that would help prove the alleged criminality. No one should get a pass for this.
We may now have the answer as to why the Saudi’s gave Kushner $2 billion and Mnuchin $1 billion.

According to the Daily Beast, the Trump administration has given six U.S. companies the green light to sell nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia, a relationship milestone every authoritarian nation dreams of. The authorizations—known as Part 810s, referring to a clause in federal regulations—allow U.S. companies to divulge specific details about plans for working in Saudi Arabia and certain information about the nuclear technology.
Kushner created his investment firm the day after Trump left the White House in January 2021 and the Saudi government gave it the $2 billion six months later.
It is simply not possible to express in words the amount of damage Donald Trump has done to this country. And all of it could have been prevented if white men in positions of power stood up to him, instead of cowering at his feet. ALL! OF! IT!

Trump and Jared should be forced to sit for CI polys. I hope they treat the documents retrieved from Trump forensically, i.e. at the very least get fingerprints from all of them. Trump didn’t do this alone. One or more people were told what was of interest on classified systems, people performed searches & did the printing. They can go through the networks and find out where & when each of the stolen documents was accessed. One or more of those accesses was a person adding to Trump’s illicit stash, whether they were witting or just innocently given direction by Jared, Trump, Meadows.
