Judge Cannon repeatedly cites Justice Thomas’s single-justice concurrence in the immunity case, in which he opines on an issue not briefed or argued before the court. Yet she is dismissive of a passage in the Supreme Court’s *unanimous* Nixon opinion…because the issue was not briefed or argued before the court.
And Gene Schaerr who argued for dismissal is a law partner of Mark Paoletta, Ginni Thomas’s lawyer.

For those asking: Yes, the special counsel’s office can appeal Judge Cannon’s decision to dismiss Trump’s criminal charges in the classified documents case. The case is almost certainly headed to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals next. Congress must now investigate “Judge” Cannon, I think everyone knows why.

Cannon graduated in 2007 with a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, along with membership in the Order of the Coif. Cannon has been a member of the conservative and libertarian Federalist Society since 2005, when she was a law student.
