Yes, it is True, this entire report and case between the USA (Plantiff) vs. 280 Virtual Currency Accounts is falsely identifying the wrongdoers, placing blame on North Korea and Chinese hackers. We can prove that not only are their conclusions wrong, but we can easily prove that the Victims were connected to the hackers, on-chain, well before the hacking, and well after the hacking. COMES NOW, Plaintiff the United States of America, by and through the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, and brings this Verified Complaint for Forfeiture in Rem against the defendant namely: 280 virtual currency accounts (the “Defendant Properties”), which are listed in Attachment A. The United States alleges as follows in accordance with Rule G(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Climes and Asset Forfeiture Actions:
I can make these accusations because I can back them up today, and will back them up soon. But releasing info like this requires things that won’t be talked about.
