The insurance carriers that shit on you.

PBM allows pharmacy ZERO dispensing fee
PBM pays pharmacy Zero on claim
PBM says charge patient $0.90 and $0.52 as copay
This doesn’t cover the cost of the bottles we put the medication in. Much less my degree, store license, pharmacy software, my liability insurance.
