The white house is referring to the orange one’s ankle / leg swelling, bruising on his hand etc as “chronic venous insufficiency” (CVI). We all know that the white house is probably going to cover things up, not let on the full story / present Trump as a strong figure etc.
CVI is also (from my research on it) often a comorbidity with other conditions such as heart / kidney / liver dysfunction etc. Heart disease is pretty common in white men his age, doubly so those that have a diet of fast food, coke, and 0 of his 5 a day. He also allegedly had a scan in 2018 that showed congestive heart disease. All together the signs point to him having worse ailments than the white house is letting on.
