Did Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections receive a notice of Trump’s voter registration file, that he is convicted of a felony, which would make him ineligible to vote…because he shouldn’t be voting.
DeSantis said they would restore Trump’s right to vote, but they didn’t, bc the Division of Elections and Supervisor of Elections in Palm Beach County never followed the legally required procedure to take Trump’s voter registration away before July 31st. A felony conviction in another state makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida only if the conviction would make the person ineligible to vote in the state where the person was convicted. Can someone explain to me how DonOLD is allowed to vote in the FL primary when he is a convicted felon? Amendment 4 only apply to people who have COMPLETED their sentence and probation.
