Knight Insurance was found to only have 133 million & this wasn’t accepted. Now trump has to pay the whole amount 454 mil.
Plus Knight offered to cover all of the original bond, which Trumps Attorneys did not communicate to the court. Oops.
So Knights Specialty Insurance Company doesn’t actually promise they will pay the money if Trump loses his appeal. Instead they say Trump will pay which defeats the whole purpose of the bond all together WTF. The contract also says that it will pay no more than 175 million without interest which is wrong. This whole agreement is a sham and one could say it’s starting to look like fraud.

At this point, the appeals court judges who agreed to drop from $464mil to $175mil without explanation or reason should be investigated. Clearly they had NO proof or evidence from Trump’s legal team that they had explored and exhausted all avenues of obtaining a bond. I hope the courts reverse the lowering of his judgment. It should immediately go back to the original amount, with the interest. He’s such a con artist.
