More disappointing proof that justice through the legal system is only available to the wealthy. They gave Trump ten more days to pay his bond.
They also cut amount to $175 million.

Rowan D. Wilson (born September 3, 1960) is an American judge who has served as the chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals since 2023. He is the first African American to serve as chief judge.
As of April 2023, all seven judges on the New York Court of Appeals were appointed by a Democratic governor. The court is the state’s court of last resort and has seven judgeships. The current chief of the court is Rowan Wilson. The court meets in the Court of Appeals Hall in Albany, New York, and its yearly term begins in January and continues in one- or two-week sessions during the year. Cases typically originate in the trial courts and can be appealed to courts higher up in the system. New York has a Democratic trifecta, which describes a single-party government where one political party holds the governor’s office and has majorities in both chambers of the legislature.
Review every sitting judge…no life time appts, serious review every 5 years to unseat judges. This is putting TRUMP ABOVE THE LAW, the courts are as corrupt as he is.

The NY appellate court’s unexplained reduction from $454M to $175M in the bond Trump must post in 10 days to secure the judgment pending appeal is a travesty of justice. Let’s hope public disgust with this preferential treatment will come back to bite Trump politically.

Every time a court ruling like the appeals court ruling that was just announced about Trump being allowed to pay a reduced bond happens, realize this:
YES…the “Fix” might be in with various courts etc. It might. No denying that. It is not an impossibility.
However…never let a might…end the fight. Never!
The fight only ends when the fight has ended.
Regarding the 2024 election, that’s actually January 2025…at the inauguration.
In the meantime, continue with (or develop it if you don’t yet have it) the inner tenacity of a pissed-off Wolverine.

Yet again, @realDonaldTrump gets special treatment with his own private system of justice. The NY Appeals Court has decided to give Trump more time to pay less money by reducing his bond from $454M to $175 and giving him 10 days to get the money. This makes absolutely no sense.
