Maddow said that Pomerantz will be on 60Minutes on Sunday, then will appear live on her show next Monday.
This January 18 WaPo article suggests that Bragg is concerned about what Pomerantz will reveal. Bragg’s office sent Pomerantz and his publisher a letter claiming they need the DA’s permission to publish.
