If you asked the 10 billionaires to each spend that money over the next 10 years, that is $1.3 million a DAY they would have to spend. It would be more than a full time job just to spend the money over ten years. Tax the mega rich.
But a one-time emergency wealth tax to provide emergency basic income to all Americans is out of the question?
