VOTING MACHINES ARE HACKED IN PA?
Matt Blaze testified before House Government Reform on
CyberSecurity of Voting Machines
The ridiculous County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP)
on sm*******@**tf.org talked about the replacement of PA’s voter systems by 2020 but they don’t think it needs – reasons: cost $125 million and spreading FUD that we don’t need this – everything is fine department.
CCAP’s Doug Hill and @DauphinCounty Jerry Feaser say everything is secure spreading the FUD. @PACountiesGR #PAPriceTag

PA contestants running for Congress should start a gofundme account to make sure people who vote for them are actually voting for them.
EDUCATION IN PA
— THE BAD NEWS in 2004 Pa. ranks 49th of 50 in public school aid Private report gives state D-minus grade
— THE GOOD NEWS 2015 PA now in 7th place from the TOP!
Total Public School Expenditures———–Spending Per Student By State
Employee Benefits $6,642,246,000———-Benefits Per Student—————$4,179.00
Total Spending $25,305,395,000————-Total per pupil ———————–$14,717.00
Salaries & Wages $12,266,657,000———-Salaries & Wages Per Pupil——$7,718.00
A recent study by U.S. News & World Report and Raytheon found that the number of American jobs requiring math or science knowledge increased to 16.8 million in 2013, from 12.8 million in 2008. High-school students’ interest in those subjects, however is plummeting, and lower than in 2000. Schools, businesses, and civic organizations all have important roles to play.
In 1991, money spent on Knowledge Age goods — information and communication technologies — exceeded Industrial Age goods — materials for agriculture, mining, manufacturing, etc. The $5 billion difference marked a shift in the U.S. economy from nuts-and-bolts to information-driven. Unfortunately, not much really changed in K-12 education to echo that shift.
2016 U.S. News/Raytheon STEM Index Shows Uptick in Hiring, Education The overall index inched upward, in part because of an influx of foreign students and workers.

“Progressive” What does it even mean?
Many conservatives, and also many journalists, regard the word “progressive” as a euphemism for “liberal” — a subterfuge to avoid a term that’s become almost a slur in some circles.

State Representative for the last 7 years, Margo chairs the Democratic Women’s Caucus and has been a vocal leader in the #TimesUp movement. She’s currently pushing bi-partisan legislation that addresses sexual assault and preserves due process while holding perpetrators accountable.
Margo Davidson, who recently came under public scrutiny for fleeing from an accident and receiving multiple citations for driving and crashing a taxpayer funded vehicle without a license on two separate occasions announced she’s ready to move up from her current seat and run for congress. #FAIL
Davidson must face two judges in the coming weeks for charges lodged against her by the Pennsylvania State Police for fleeing the scene of an accident, failing to render aid, two counts of driving with a suspended license and a slew of other similar charges. If Davidson is found guilty on both counts of driving with a suspended license, she faces an additional two-year license suspension and fines exceeding $2,000.00. he Davidson’s are not strangers to the criminal justice system – just last year her son was convicted for operating a heroin “warehouse” in her district after police witnessed him making a sale as school students were making their way home.

TOTAL #UNION “progressive” activist who served as Philadelphia Deputy Mayor for #Labor.
As Kenney’s Deputy Mayor for Labor, Rich negotiated the settlement of key union disputes. His work at the Philadelphia International Airport ended years of labor strife by establishing fair collective bargaining for historically disenfranchised, low-wage workers. got them #$15.00 per hour!!
He was instrumental in resolving the 2016 SEPTA strike, and the five-year contract stalemate between the School District of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers.
Richard Lazer Local 98 ally, Kenney aide Richard Lazer running for Congress
Lazer cleared the way by announcing he is stepping down from his position as Kenney’s deputy mayor of labor. Under the city’s “resign-to-run” law, municipal employees cannot campaign for elected office. Many in Philadelphia’s political circles wonder whether Brady is scheming to install Lazer as his successor, while others speculate that the building-trades unions see Brady as vulnerable and want to make a power move. Brady’s top two political aides, Ken Smukler and Don “D.A.” Jones, were indicted in October on federal charges for paying the campaign of a one-time primary rival $90,000 after he dropped out. Many people still wonder whether Brady will also take a fall. Another theory is that Lazer is simply trying to raise his profile. “It’s a head-scratcher,” Delaware County Democratic Chairman David Landau said. Landau said Brady is popular among voters in Delaware County because of his constituent services and what he called a progressive voting record. The First District runs from the Northeast river wards to South Philadelphia and across into Chester, Swarthmore, and parts of Upper Darby.

RUNNING FOR CONGRESS? DO YOU CARE ABOUT THE OPIOID CRISIS?
GET THE SACKLER FAMILY MONEY!
The Sackler family made billions of dollars from the sale of OxyContin, and Purdue Pharmaceuticals is valued at at least $13 billion as of 2016. In 2007, an affiliated company was ordered to pay $600 million in one of the largest pharmaceutical settlements in history for ‘felony misbranding’. The youngest Sackler, Raymond, is pictured with his wife Beverly. Raymond was in control of Purdue Pharma after Arthur died, and in 1999, passed the reigns to his son Richard. The father-son duo were working at Purdue when the company began manufacturing OxyContin and using questionable advertising practices to promote it.
Arthur, Mortimer and Raymond – are all dead, but many of their children were serving on the board of Cambridge sister company Napp Pharmaceuticals in 2016. The children and grandchildren of the three Sackler brothers, who started a pharmaceutical empire, continue to enjoy luxurious lifestyles and properties, such as the multi-million-dollar Central Park apartment in this building which is owned by Mortimer’s oldest daughter, Ilene Sackler Lefcourt – who was listed as a director of Purdue’s sister company, UK-based Napp Pharamaceutical Holdings, as of December 2016.
Richard Sackler, son of founding brother Raymond, headed Purdue from 1999 to 2003 and oversaw much of the increasing sales of OxyContin as it was being falsely advertised; as of December 2016, he was still listed as a director of sister company Napp Pharmaceuticals and now lives on this sprawling estate outside of Austin, Texas that features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool and stunning views of Lake Austin
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5413857/Sackler-family-billions-opioid-crisis.html
The family used their fortune to invest in the arts and philanthropy, with Sackler wings at the Metropolitan Museum in New York, Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the Louvre in Paris – to name just a few.
More than 200 US states, cities and counties have filed lawsuits against Purdue Pharma
BURDEN OF COSTS TO THE TAXPAYER
Costs to the tax payer associated with the opioid epidemic: including emergency response, health care, criminal justice, rehabilitation and lost productivity. It’s no wonder the total estimated burden from the epidemic is enormous.
Health care research firm Altarum put the figure at $1 trillion since 2001. The White House Council of Economic Advisers estimates that, including lost productivity because of opioid deaths, the total economic cost from the opioid crisis reached $504 billion in 2015 alone.

We consume 99 percent of the world’s hydrocodone and 81 percent of its oxycodone. We use an estimated 30 times more opioids than is medically necessary for a population our size.
http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2018/02/americas-opioid-epidemic.html
In 1952, brothers Arthur, Raymond, and Mortimer Sackler purchased Purdue Pharma, then called Purdue Frederick Co. All three men were psychiatrists by trade.
The eldest brother, Arthur, was a brilliant polymath, contributing not only to psychiatric research but also thriving in the fledgling field of pharmaceutical advertising. It was here that he would leave his greatest mark. As a member of William Douglas McAdams, a small New York-based advertising firm, Sackler expanded the possibilities of medical advertising by promoting products in medical journals and experimenting with television and radio marketing. Perhaps his greatest achievement, detailed in his biography in the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame, was finding enough different uses for Valium to turn it into the first drug to hit $100 million in revenue.

the evasive legal tactics of Purdue Pharma, 2015 may be the year that Kentucky and its attorney general, Jack Conway, are able to move forward with a civil lawsuit alleging that the drugmaker misled doctors and patients about their blockbuster pain pill OxyContin, leading to a vicious addiction epidemic across large swaths of the state.
Sackler was among the first medical advertisers to foster relationships with doctors in the hopes of earning extra points for his company’s drugs, according to a 2011 exposé in Fortune.
