FORMER FED ALAN GREENSPAN FINALLY DIED AT 100 YEARS OLD.
THIS IGNORANT PERVERTED BASTARD Alan Greenspan is widely cited as partially responsible for the 2008 financial crisis due to his long-standing advocacy for deregulation, low interest rates, and faith in self-regulating markets.
As Federal Reserve Chair from 1987 to 2006, his policies are criticized for contributing to the housing bubble and enabling risky subprime lending practices.
Alan is the main architect of the fiction we had been living in last few decades. He helped to bring hedonic adjustments to create fake #inflation numbers, pumped too much money to create dot com bubble, kept interest rates too low afterwards to fund Iraq and Afghanistan wars, created the dynamics for GFC.
THIS DEGENERATE repealed parts of “THE GLASS STEAGALL-ACT” that led to the 2008 Global financial crisis.
The 2008 collapse was the largest transfer of wealth from middle clasAmericans to the Wall Street Banksters.
In October 2008, Greenspan admitted to Congress that he had made a “mistake” in assuming that financial institutions would act in their own self-interest to prevent excessive risk. He acknowledged a flaw in his free-market ideology, particularly in underestimating the dangers of unregulated derivatives and mortgage-backed securities.
Critics, including those featured in the documentary Inside Job and Time magazine’s “25 People to Blame”, hold him accountable for fostering an environment of moral hazard and insufficient oversight.
