This is a bonafide scandal. On the legal level, it means the Court decided a case that wasn’t a real case or controversy as Art III requires. On the political level, it Man cited in Supreme Court LGBTQ rights case says he was never involved.
It’s time for @TheJusticeDept to investigate who funded and fabricated the 303 SCOTUS case. It was completely teed up to serve to this court to elicit a ruling to gut LGBTQ+ rights. The court was manipulated, including by some sitting on the bench, and perhaps their spouses.
