Sean Hannity lists out Trump’s investigations

Sean Hannity lists out Trump’s investigations.

the video reel keeps going and going and  ……..

every single star walking the Red Carpet at the #Emmys2022, should remind their large following that the Republican Party wants a #GOPNationalAbortionBan. Hollywood, use your voice!

We told you they’re going to kill voting rights, you thought we were “deranged”.

We said they’re going to dismantle our republic, you thought we were “deranged”.

We said they’re striking Roe, you said “That will never happen”.

They’re now criminalizing abortion nationally.

If theocratic authoritarians gain majority, we are all screwed.

DOJ has issued 40 subpoenas including Boris Epshteyn (phone seized), Mike Roman (handed fake electors envelope to Pence), Bernard Kerik (helped Rudy with ‘Willard War Room’ meetings), and Dan Scavino (Trump’s media director). Now we know why the big guy is “golfing.”

“Make no mistake about it, 40 subpoenas is a lot of subpoenas. Multiple search warrants for cell phones is an even higher standard of evidentiary proof that’s required to obtain that warrant. These are significant investigative steps…” – @petestrzok w/ @NicolleDWallace

If GOP wins the House, here’s how Trump is installed as POTUS and shuts down FBI investigations and all DoJ investigations. If you don’t think he and his violent MAGA are capable of this, you’ve not been paying attention.

  1. Lindsey Graham & Senate Republicans will introduce a NATIONAL BAN on late pregnancy abortions this week. This is a war on women.

Lindsey Graham began explaining his federal abortion ban legislation by saying: “I picked 15 weeks…”

Watching a man say “I picked” as it relates to legislation controlling women’s reproductive rights was about the most on-brand Republican move I’ve seen.

The people announcing a national abortion ban are the ones who were having a meltdown when Biden called them fascists.

Senate Republicans are introducing legislation for a national 15-week abortion ban. One of the talking points will be that this cutoff consistent with abortion access in Europe.
This is key. The “Just like in Europe” talking point ignores the actual politics of abortion on either side of the Atlantic, the manners in which regulations are applied, the broad exceptions they entail in many European countries, and the broader legal and health care contexts.

  2. Pa. Supreme Court rejects Gov. Wolf’s petition to stop abortion amendment from moving forward
HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will not take up Gov. Tom Wolf’s request to decide whether a package of five constitutional amendments can go before voters as early as May 2023.

The court on Monday denied Mr. Wolf’s petition, in which he asked that it use its extraordinary and rarely used “King’s Bench” power to skip litigating the case in the state’s lower courts and expedite review of the case. The court did not offer any explanation in its ruling. When asked for further comment, a spokeswoman for the court said the order speaks for itself.

Monday’s ruling now clears the way for the Legislature to put the five ballot questions before voters as early as next year to decide whether voters should be required to present government identification before casting a ballot or declaring no person has a right to an abortion within the state of Pennsylvania, pending any lower court action.

In Pennsylvania, the governor cannot veto a constitutional amendment. GOP leaders have tried to circumvent Mr. Wolf’s veto pen by using the constitutional amendment process, as Mr. Wolf has increased the frequency at which he’s used it. Mr. Wolf vetoed at least 61 bills — three of which that would have restricted abortion — since he took office in 2015.

Mr. Wolf, in his July petition filed with Acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman, argued that the proposed amendment to declare there is no right to an abortion in the state would violate the state’s constitutional right to privacy. He also argued that the way these amendments were advanced — five constitutional amendments that were all placed into the same legislative resolution — is unconstitutional, because there was no opportunity for them to be voted on separately by legislators.
