The people stocking shelves, delivering mail, collecting the trash, and keeping us fed are being treated as if they are expendable – not essential. If they are going to continue to keep our economy running, they deserve guaranteed fair pay and safe working conditions.

At one time you got a number, got drafted and had to go to WAR.
As a drafted soldier you were given protection, death benefits and health benefits, and were a Veteran.

No one drafted a meat plant worker –  no one there is a soldier.
