DECENTRALIZED JUSTICE: 🔍💼 I am eternally grateful for the support of Boring Sleuth & the incredible sleuth-ing community, especially the XRP Army. They embraced my truth after I was falsely accused by the government and crypto traitors. Let me clarify, I am not against Ethereum – its idea remains dear to me. My fight is against those who have hijacked it & most of crypto & held back the industry.

Discredited, abandoned, and left to dig myself out of a massive legal and financial hole, I have finally found justice with my case recently dismissed *with prejudice*. Now, armed with a trove of evidence, we are about to file a groundbreaking government suit against the perpetrators.

Let me briefly explain my involvement in Ethereum to highlight why I possess valuable insights. I played a pivotal role in Ethereum’s development, inventing the utility token structure and then creating a legal way to sell them which became known as the ICO. I was present and driving the efforts during many critical Ethereum moments, including surrounding concerns about Ether’s status as a security 👀.

And I’ve participated in many important projects in crypto, including some yet to be announced.

Surprisingly to some, Vitalik himself sought my help in 2015 to save Ethereum from insolvency. Most the co-founders having moved on as Vitalik himself would do the next 2 years to China. I provided a full restructuring plan & have documented evidence, including a multi-hour recorded call with Vitalik which should be enlightening for many & part of crypto history.

Since 2017 (years before my ultimate arrest), a coordinated effort has been made to erase me from Ethereum’s history. Thankfully, @JohnEDeaton1
and others who vouched for my credibility, after seeing evidence of the extent of my role, are helping me unveil the biggest fraud in history, while earning back my reputation.

With thousands of pieces of evidence and the support of Boring Sleuth and others, we’re reaching the same undeniable conclusions. Though we come at it from two completely different routes.

He is right we each possess what the other doesn’t have. He provides the undeniable foundational proof (ledgers/wallets/etc) of my allegations and I provide context to his breadcrumb trails.

I take this seriously & that means this is a legal battle & that process needs to continue to play out, with me able to share more and more as we go on. In the meantime, I will release what I can in the coming weeks. To be clear my goals are Justice & accountability.

Some questions worth pondering:

🔍💼 Is Vitalik simply a figurehead carefully crafted into a crypto savior? Is he a cover for other actors who actually control Ethereum & much of crypto?

🔍💼 Was crypto intentionally held back so it could be use to create the greatest fraud in history & by whom?

🔍💼 Why did Vitalik, Joe, and others deliberately lie about my involvement? What motivated them to discredit me?

💼 What did Vitalik, Joe, and the others gain by tarnishing my reputation? What were their ulterior motives?

💼 What are they hiding? What “sins” are Vitalik, Joe, and the rest of this secretive group trying to keep buried?

💼 Who sits at the top of this pernicious Kabal? Who is pulling the strings and orchestrating this effort against me & the wider public?

💼 How far does this conspiracy stretch? Are there more individuals involved? What is the extent of their confluence?

💼 What is the endgame? What do Vitalik, Joe, and the rest hope to achieve by silencing me and discrediting my contributions?
