FCC net neutrality vote was a squeaker along party lines

The FCC just won a sweeping victory on net neutrality in federal court
Alas, the coverage of the Washington Post (owned by Jeff Bezos of Amazon) is heavily biased toward edge providers, which wrote and lobbied for the FCC regulations.
The truth: like the FCC vote, this one was a squeaker — it got through by a single vote, along party lines. In the opinion, the two judges in the majority write flippantly and dismissively and fail to address important material issues, handwaving them away without due consideration. The dissent is much more thoughtfully written and accords much more respect to the rule of law. (See for full text)
Expect the decision to be reversed shortly after an en banc rehearing.
